Watertown police charged Timothy R. Gaebel, 46, of 550 Factory St., Apt. B, after he allegedly grabbed and pushed a woman by the head during a domestic dispute early Thursday.
During the dispute with Linda G. Olstrom, same address, he also allegedly covered her mouth as she yelled for help. He also is accused of breaking a glass jar worth $5 when he flipped a coffee table.
Charged at 11:18 a.m. Thursday with second-degree harassment and fourth-degree criminal mischief, Mr. Gaebel was held at the Metro-Jefferson Public Safety Building pending arraignment in City Court.
