The following were charged with driving while intoxicated and related offenses:
■ James Burns, 37, Lowville, was charged by Lewis County sheriffs deputies following a single-car crash about 2:08 a.m. Saturday on Snell Road in the town of Watson. He also faces charges under Leandras Law for impaired driving with a child under 16 years old in the vehicle, and counts of speeding and leaving the scene of a crash, deputies said. His blood alcohol content was measured at 0.11 percent, they said. Under state law, a BAC of 0.08 percent or more constitutes intoxication.
■ Brian J. Wood, 27, of 312 Gale St., Watertown, was charged at 11:38 p.m. Friday on the 100 block of North Massey Street by Watertown police after he crashed his vehicle into a curb, police said. His BAC was measured at 0.12 percent, they said.
■ Ryan M. Kulp, 30, of 385 Little Bow Road, Gouverneur, also was charged by St. Lawrence County sheriffs deputies Wednesday with having an inadequate plate lamp following a traffic stop on East Main Street, Gouverneur. His BAC was listed as 0.15 percent.
■ Steven R. Pierce, 23, of 29814 Route 971V, Black River, was charged by state police at 11:44 p.m. Friday after being identified as causing property damage in the town of LeRay, police said. His BAC was not listed.
■ Richard H. Raymonda, 60, of 815 County Route 38, Norfolk, was charged by state police Friday night on County Route 38 in Norfolk. Police said that he failed to keep right and that his BAC was 0.11 percent.
