MARIJUANA POSSESSION - AKWESASNE - St. Regis Mohawk Tribal Police charged Victor Oakes, 51, of St. Regis Road, Akwesasne,with unlawful possession of marijuana on July 14. He was issued an appearance ticket for Aug. 6 in Bombay Town Court.



AGGRAVATED DWI - AKWESASNE - St. Regis Mohawk Tribal Police charged Miranda L. Robinson, 28, of Hammond with aggravated driving while intoxicated following a traffic stop on July 7. Police said Robinson failed the standard field sobriety tests and submitted an alleged blood alcohol content of 0.18 percent. She will appear July 30 in Bombay Town Court.



WARRANT - AKWESASNE - St. Regis Mohawk Tribal Police picked up Roxanne Peters, 50, on July 1 on an unspecified outstanding warrant from New York State Police. She was turned over to New York State Police, Ray Brook.



CRIMINAL MISCHIEF - AKWESASNE - St. Regis Mohawk Tribal Police charged Tekahonrake Montour, 37, of Hogansburg with third-degree criminal mischief on July 10. He was issued an appearance ticket for Aug. 6 in Bombay Town Court.



MENACING - AKWESASNE - St. Regis Mohawk Tribal Police charged Lester Cook, 56, of Hogansburg with second-degree menacing and second-degree harassment on July 13. He was arraigned in Bombay Town Court and released on his own recognizance to appear Aug. 27.



FELONY DWI - AKWESASNE - St. Regis Mohawk Tribal Police charged David J. Sawatis, 40, of Fort Covington with felony driving while intoxicated, first-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, unlicensed driver and failure to keep right Thursday. He was arraigned in Bombay Town Court and sent to the Franklin County Jail with bail set at $1,500 cash or $3,000 bond.



FALSELY REPORTING - AKWESASNE - St. Regis Mohawk Tribal Police charged Brian Boots, 34, of Massena with third-degree falsely reporting an incident Friday. He was arraigned in Bombay Town Court and sent to the Franklin County Jail with bail set at $500 cash or $1,000 bond.



DWI - AKWESASNE - St. Regis Mohawk Tribal Police charged Mallory Cree, 29, of Hogansburg with first-degree driving while intoxicated, operation of a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content of 0.08 or more, failure to keep right and third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation Saturday. Police said Cree failed the standardized field sobriety tests and submitted an alleged blood alcohol content of 0.09 percent. She was released on appearance tickets for Aug. 20 in Bombay Town Court.



ENDANGERING THE WELFARE - AKWESASNE - St. Regis Mohawk Tribal Police charged Jacob A. Cook, 36, of Hogansburg with three counts of endangering the welfare of a child Saturday. He was released on appearance tickets for Aug. 13 in Bombay Town Court.



HARASSMENT - AKWESASNE - St. Regis Mohawk Tribal Police charged Donald R. Swamp, 50, of Bombay with second-degree harassment Saturday. He was released on an appearance ticket for Aug. 20 in Bombay Town Court.



DWI - AKWESASNE - St. Regis Mohawk Tribal Police charged April L. Bolster, 25, of Moira with driving while intoxicated Sunday. She was also ticketed for failure to use designated lane and operation of a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content of 0.08 or more following a traffic stop. Police said Bolster failed the standard field sobriety tests and submitted an alleged blood alcohol content of 0.14 percent. She will appear Aug. 20 in Bombay Town Court.



AGGRAVATED DWI - AKWESASNE - St. Regis Mohawk Tribal Police charged Kierian D. Jacobs, 17, of Akwesasne,Ont., with aggravated driving while intoxicated following a traffic stop Sunday. She was also ticketed for failure to keep right and operating a vehicle after consuming alcohol less than 21 years of age. Police said Jacobs failed the standardized field sobriety tests and submitted an alleged blood alcohol content of 0.18 percent. She will appear Aug. 13 in Bombay Town Court.



AUO - AKWESASNE - St. Regis Mohawk Tribal Police charged Morgan S. McDonald, 25, of Akwesasne,Ont., with aggravated unlicensed operation following a traffic stop at 2:31 a.m. Sunday. She was also ticketed for operating a motor vehicle by an unlicensed driver and having inadequate headlights. McDonald was released on appearance tickets for Aug. 20 in Bombay Town Court.



AUO - AKWESASNE - St. Regis Mohawk Tribal Police charged Patrick M. Cook, 43, Cornwall,Ont., with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, suspended registration and speeding Monday. He was released on appearance tickets for Aug. 20 in Bombay Town Court.
