A city man was arrested Tuesday for allegedly selling heroin.
Ogdensburg police arrested Kenneth R. Kendall, 2 King Street, on one count of criminal sale of a controlled substance in the third degree, a Class B felony.
The arrest stems from several months of investigation into Mr. Kendalls illegal activity. Mr. Kendall was arrested after he sold Heroin to a confidential police source, Detective Daniel Mousaw said.
Mr. Kendall was arraigned before Ogdensburg City Court and released under supervision of probation.
Further charges are pending against Mr. Kendall, Mr. Mousaw said.
The city police departments Narcotics Enforcement Unit was assisted in the investigation by members of the St. Lawrence County Drug Task Force.
