Police blotter


Christian R. Lalone, 30, of 709 Rensselaer Ave, and Andrew C. Simmons, 34, 1130 Ford St., were charged at 5:35 a.m. Wednesday with disorderly conduct. Both were released on appearance tickets after they tried to force their way into a residence at 601 New York Avenue, city police said.


Wayne T. Oxley, Jr., 47, of 41 1/2 Annette St., Heuvelton, was arrested on a city court arrest warrant at 5:29 p.m. Tuesday for fourth-degree criminal mischief, city police said. Mr. Oxley allegedly damaged property belonging to Bradley Stewart, 524 Bigelow St. He was arraigned and released on an appearance ticket.


Everett J. Dibble, 38, of 455 Belmont Courts, was arrested at 1 p.m. Wednesday for second-degree burglary, a Class “C” felony, for breaking into the home of Sally L. Hughes, 57, 211 Gates St., city police said. Further information was unavailable. Mr. Dibble was arraigned and held on $5,000 cash bond and transported to the St. Lawrence County Correctional Facility.


Jeanne L. Bradley, 65, of 61 State St., Heuvelton, was ticketed at 4:09 p.m. Wednesday for unsafely moving in another lane after the vehicle she was driving collided with a vehicle driven by Kimberly A. Clark, 20, 17 Lake St., Apt. 1., city police said.
