NICHOLVILLE - ThesState of New York Department of Public Service – commonly referred to the as the Public Service Commission (PSC) - has commended Nicholville Telephone for excellent telephone service quality provided during 2012.
Since 1988, the PSC has recognized phone companies that provide excellent service quality.
To be recognized a phone company must have:
■ 95 percent or more of all monthly customer trouble report rate (CTTR) measurements must be less than or equal to 3.3 customer trouble reports per hundred access lines (RPHL).
■ Complaint rate of .075 or less complaints per thousand linesPSC recgn per month.
This marks the 16th consecutive year that Nicholville Telephone has been recognized.
