DWI - MASSENA - Massena-based state police charged Randy L. Breault, 55, of Massena with driving while intoxicated and ticketed him for using a cell phone while operating a motor vehicle at 8:30 p.m. Thursday following a traffic stop on Liberty Avenue in the village of Massena.



CRIMINAL IMPERSONATION - LONG LAKE - Tupper Lake-based state police charged Corey L. Bush, 29, of Canton with second-degree criminal impersonation, unlawful possession of marijuana and facilitating second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle stemming from an investigation into a traffic stop July 20 on Route 30 in the town of Long Lake.



UNLAWFUL POSSESSION - DEKALB - Gouverneur-based state police charged Joseph H. Quick, 30, of Canton with unlawful possession of marijuana and facilitating second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle at 10:06 a.m. Wednesday following a stop on Route 11 in the town of Dekalb.



CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE - WADDINGTON - Massena-based state police charged Andrew J. LaRose, 28, of Ogdensburg with 10 counts of having a controlled substance in a non-original container at 9 a.m. Wednesday following a traffic stop on Route 37 in the town of Waddington.



HARASSMENT - BOMBAY - Malone-based state police charged Thomas L. Wilson, 34, of Moira with second-degree harassment Thursday stemming from an investigation into an incident reported to troopers at 10:06 a.m. July 1 from the town of Bombay. Troopers said the arrest was made at 346 Broad Road, Bombay. Jeremy R. Hebert, 34, of Brushton had been charged with second-degree harassment on July 21 as part of that same investigation.
