DWI - POTSDAM - Canton-based state police charged Shannon M. Adams, 31, of Potsdam with driving while intoxicated and imprudent speed after she was involved in a personal injury accident at 3:40 p.m. Tuesday in the town of Potsdam. She was ordered held.



ACCIDENTS - MALONE - New York State Police investigated the following accidents Tuesday:

Devlin S. Conley, 25, of Massena was involved in a one-vehicle property damage accident at 10:02 a.m. on state Highway 310, Norfolk.

Gloria F. Phillips, 67, of Massena was involved in a one-vehicle property damage accident at 4:33 p.m. on the St. Lawrence Centre mall access road.

Emily P. Tremblay, 18, of Fort Covington and Erin L. Hendricks, 28, of Fort Covington were involved in a two-vehicle property damage accident at 5:40 p.m. on state Route 37, Fort Covington.

Maurice A. French, 81, of North Bangor was involved in a one-vehicle property damage accident at 4:17 p.m. on Hogan Road, Brandon.



MARIJUANA POSSESSION - BANGOR - Malone-based state police charged Kenneth J. Buntz, 27, of Constable with unlawful possession of marijuana, operating a vehicle without insurance, no/inadequate headlights, stop lights violation, operating an unregistered vehicle, no license, second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, using a vehicle without an Interlock device and illegally operating an ATV on a highway at 10:15 p.m. Tuesday on County Route 8, Bangor. He was released on an appearance ticket.



MARIJUANA POSSESSION - MOIRA - Malone-based state police reported that they had charged Thomas E. Mandigo, 23, of Brushton with unlawful possession of marijuana at 5 p.m. July 16 in the town of Moira. He was released on an appearance ticket.
