RESISTING ARREST - WADDINGTON - Ogdensburg-based state police charged Ray A. Putney, 29, os Lisbon with disorderly conduct and resisting arrest at 11:45 a.m. Friday on Hunter Road in the town of Waddington.

DWI - WADDINGTON - Ogdensburg-based state police charged Alan L Livingston, 22, of Lisbon with driving while intoxicated and ticketed him for failure to signal a turn at least 100 feet from the turn and an equipment violation for an inadequate exhaust.

ASSAULT - NORFOLK - Massena-based state police charged Richard A. Christy, 18, of Norfolk with third-degree assault. second-degree menacing and fourth-degree crimina mischief following a complaint received at 2:30 p.m. Friday from the town of Norfolk.

CRIMINAL MISCHIEF - FORT COVINGTON - Malone-based state police charged Michael R. Gibbons, 16, of Westville with criminal mischief Friday night at 4152 state Route 37, Fort Covington. The charge stemmed from a complaint lodged with troopers at 6:23 p.m. July 30 from the town of Fort Covington.

PROPERTY DAMAGE ACCIDENT - DICKINSON - Malone-based state police investigated a two-vehicle collision at 3:15 p.m. Saturday on County Route 5 at Church Street in the town of Dickinson. Troopers said the vehicles were operated by Toby J. Leclair, 48, of Churubusco and Michael J. Newtown, 46, of Bangor.
