GRAND LARCENY - MADRID - Ogdensburg-based state police charged Sydnee J. Harbour, 17, of Madrid with fourth-degree grand larceny - credit card and petit larceny Saturday afternoon following an investigation into a complaint received at 11 a.m. Friday from the town of Madrid.

CRIMINAL TRESPASS - WADDINGTON - Ogdensburg-based state police charged Jason R. Horan, 28, of Massena with third-degree criminal trespass shortly after midnight at 12 Hamilton St., Waddington, after responding to a complaint lodged with troopers at 11:31 p.m. Saturday from the town of Waddington.

CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE - WADDINGTON - Massena-based state police charged Brian G. Kimmett, 22, of Watertown with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and ticketed him for following too closely at 3:10 p.m. A passenger in his vehicle, William S. Pacheo, 23, of Philadelphia, N.Y., was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana.

DISORDERLY CONDUCT - MOIRA - Malone-based state police charged Candy A. LaClair, 34, of Winthrop with disorderly conduct at 16 Clark St., Moira, after responding to a property dispute complaint made to troopers at 2:10 p.m. Saturday from the town of Moira.

PROPERTY DAMAGE ACCIDENTS - ALEXANDRIA BAY - State police from around the region investigated a number of property damage accidents Saturday. Among those:

■ Jeremiah P. Reagan, 17, of Massena at 6:36 p.m. Saturday on Kring Point Road, near Megan Lane, in the town of Alexandria.
