AGGRAVATED DWI - BRASHER FALLS - Massena-based state police charged Randy S. Weaver, 26, of Brasher Fals with aggravated driving while intoxicated, resisting arrest, unlawful possession of marijuana and refusal to take a breath test and ticketed him for illegally stopping his vehicle on a roadway and having an open container of alcohol in a vehicle on a public highway following an incident at 10:26 p.m. Friday on Barnage Road in the town of Lawrence. He was arraigned in local court and sent to the St. Lawrence County Correctional Facility.



DWI - MASSENA - Massena-based state police charged Jonathan A. Fahd, 23, of Massena with driving while intoxicated and ticketed him for speeding following a traffic stop at 1:02 a.m. Saturday on Andrews Street in the village of Massena.



PROPERTY DAMAGE ACCIDENT - MOIRA - State police investigated a number of property damage accidents around the region on Friday. Among those:

■ Jose M. Nunez-Cueto, 62, of Lodi, N.J., at 10:55 a.m. Friday on Route 11, near Riverbend Avenue, in the town of Moira.
