City seniors say thanks

To The Editor:

The Ogdensburg Senior Citizens held their monthly dinner and dance on Aug. 17 at Centennial Terrace.

We want to thank Earl Bice for a great meal. It was delicious.

Also a thank you to all those who worked setting up or serving the people, or preparing the food. We want to remember that we are all working as a group, and its to keep the club active. So all the help is appreciated.

To the Starlights, there are not enough words to say how great you guys are. You always manage to make it a success. Thank you all.

The dark horse drawing was won by Jean Moncrief, and the 50/50 was won by Jimmy Fisher.

Watch for all the details about next month’s dinner of roast beef, which will be catered by Carol Nelson and her daughter.

Hope to see all there.

Again, thank you to everyone.
