The following were charged with driving while intoxicated and related offenses:
■ Eric T. Johnson, 25, of 309 Mill St., Apt. 602, was charged by Watertown police with aggravated DWI at 8:45 p.m. Wednesday in the 1000 block of Huntington Street following a motor vehicle accident. Additional information about the accident was not available.
Police said his blood alcohol content was 0.24 percent. Aggravated DWI is charged when a motorists BAC is alleged to be 0.18 percent or higher, while a BAC of at least 0.08 percent is considered proof of intoxication under state law. Mr. Johnson also was charged with first- and second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.
■ Robert T. Kelly, 52, Shady Avenue, Lowville, was charged by Lowville police with aggravated DWI and failure to keep right at 2:38 a.m. Aug. 25 after he was allegedly observed by patrols driving down the wrong side of Water Street in Lowville with a passenger sitting on another persons lap with no seat belt. He had a BAC of 0.19 percent, police said.
■ Shane M. Hayes, 36, Blue Street, Glenfield, was charged by Lewis County sheriffs deputies with aggravated DWI early Aug. 25 after responding to the report of a disorderly person on Main Street in Glenfield. He had a BAC of 0.18 percent, deputies said.
■ Holly C. Boname, 28, of 36783 Maloney Road, Clayton, was also charged by state police at 11:35 p.m. Friday with possession of marijuana after being stopped at a sobriety checkpoint on Route 12 in the Town of Alexandria. Her BAC was not listed.
■ Harold E. Allen, 21, of Thorndale, Texas, was charged at 3:28 a.m. Saturday by state police on Route 11, Pamelia, after being stopped for speeding. His BAC was 0.12 percent.
■ Norman W. Bachtler, 48, of 1030 Arsenal St., Watertown, was also charged by state police at 3:35 a.m. Saturday on Route 3, Hounsfield, with aggravated unlicensed operation of a vehicle. His BAC was not listed.
■ Joseph J. Schneller, 32, of Canton, was charged by Potsdam police with aggravated DWI, possessing an open container, first-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a vehicle and public urination at 1:59 a.m. Friday after being observed urinating in front of his vehicle, which was parked incorrectly with the engine running. His BAC was listed at 0.23 percent.
He was being held at St. Lawrence County jail, Canton, on $500 cash bail.
■ Barbara A. Wilkins, 59, of 2505 DeGroff Road, Nunda, was charged by Jefferson County sheriffs deputies with driving while ability impaired by drugs and endangering the welfare of a child at 3:37 p.m. Friday after crashing her vehicle while traveling north on Interstate 81. She was also charged with aggravated DWI under Leandras Law, because her 8-year-old grandson was in the vehicle at the time of the crash.
■ Jonathan E. Corbine, 23, of 62 Trout Lake St., Edwards, was charged by state police with aggravated driving while intoxicated Friday evening.
Police said Mr. Corbine was stopped for speeding on County Route 38 in Norfolk. Police said he was found to be in possession of a narcotic pill while having a 14-month-old child in the back seat.
