RECKLESS ENDANGERMENT - MOIRA - Malone-based state police charged Macenzie A. Helm, 20, of Moira with a felony counts of first-degree reckless endangerment, misdemeanor charges of third-degree fleeing a police officer and reckless driving and a host of vehicle and traffic law violations at 8:29 p.m. Sunday after he led troopers on a short chase after they observed him operating a motorcycle with no/improper plates. He was arraigned and sent to the Franklin County Jail with bail set at $5,000 cash. He was also ticketed for failure to obey a police officer, failure to keep right, operation of an unregistered, uninsured and uninspected vehicle, two counts of driving to the left of pavement markings, a stop sign violation, two counts of making an unsafe turn and three counts of speeding.

PROPERTY DAMAGE ACCIDENT - LISBON - State police investigated a number of property damage accidents around the region Sunday. Among those:

■ Amanda Lee Hall, 21, of North Lawrence at 11:50 p.m. on Nelson Road, near Taggert Road, in the town of Lisbon.
