CANTON — Joshua Henderson, 24, of 273 E. Orvis St., Massena, who already was incarcerated in the St. Lawrence County jail, now is facing a forcible touching charge from St. Lawrence County sheriff’s deputies.

Deputies said that after entering another inmate’s cell, Mr. Henderson shoved the victim to the floor and allegedly reached down the victim’s pants.

He was incarcerated following a June 26 charge of third-degree possession of a weapon.

Massena village police said that when they arrested him in June on a warrant from Potsdam village police, they found he had a large silver dagger hidden under the driver’s seat of his vehicle.
