MACOMB — Tammy J. Hays, 41, of 37 E. Babcock St., Gouverneur, was charged by St. Lawrence County sheriff’s deputies with unlawfully allowing a breeding animal to roam.

Deputies said Ms. Hays did not attempt to catch several longhorn cattle after allowing them to roam.

Ms. Hays is scheduled to appear in Macomb Town Court.
