HARRISVILLE — A Harrisville teen was accused Wednesday of violating a court order.

Lewis County sheriff’s deputies charged the 16-year-old boy, whose name was not released due to his age, with second-degree criminal contempt, fourth-degree criminal mischief and second-degree harassment. He was arraigned in Diana Town Court and released on his own recognizance to reappear at a later date.

The teen was accused of shoving his mother at 12942 Route 812 in the town of Diana and disabling the telephone so she could not call 911, violating an order of protection previously issued on her behalf.
