MISUSE OF FOOD STAMPS - MALONE - Malone-based state police charged Dari M. Oakes, 41, of Hogansburg with petit larceny and misuse of food stamps at 3:14 p.m. Friday at 1237 Route 37, Hogansburg. She was arraigned in local court, and bail was set at $1,500 cash.



BURGLARY - MOIRA - Malone-based state police charged Francis S. Anderson, 23, of Moira and Jeremiah D. Lamica, 29, of Moira with two counts of third-degree burglary stemming from an investigations into burglary complaints filed Aug. 26 and Aug. 29 from the town of Moira. They were arraigned in local court and sent to the Franklin County Jail. Alicia M. Daniels, 25, of Moira was charged with fourth-degree criminal possession of stolen property in connection with the Aug. 29 burglary. She was released on an appearance ticket. The arrests were made Friday at 455 County Route 32, Bombay.



PROPERTY DAMAGE ACCIDENTS - CANTON - State police from around the region investigated a number of property damage accidents on Friday. Among those:

■ Marshall W. Weekes, 69, of Canton at 10 a.m. on County Route 27, near Hewlett Road, in the town of Pierrepont.

■ Richard R. Feimann, 64, of Malone and Nikki L. Tifft, 31, of Moira were involved in a two-vehicle collision at 11:32 p.m. in Papa’s Dairy parking lot off Wheeler Road in the town of Malone.
