The Frederic Remington Art Museum held its 2013 Annual Classic Golf Tournament Aug. 23at St. Lawrence Universitys Appleton Golf Course in Canton. The course was in great shape on this beautiful day!
I would like to thank my very good friends, Bill and Lorraine Ford, David White, Ed LaVarnway, Julie Degone, Lennie McKinnon, Linda Stone, Gloria Gardner, Carol Beckner, John Arthur and Jay Foster-Grover for volunteering their time and for your big-hearted assistance with our tournament. Thanks to Frank Mittiga Jimmy Hennessey for your help with the tournament planning and preparation, as always, the course was in great shape!
Special thanks to Mid-State Golf Car for providing insurance and a 2013 Precedent Club Car should anyone have gotten a hole-in-one on Hole No. 3. We had no winners this year, but we were grateful for the opportunity that you provided for every golfer in the tournament.
