DWAI DRUGS - LISBON - Ogdensburg-based state police charged Joseph Rousaw, 39, of Massena with driving while ability impaired by drugs and facilitating second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle following a traffic stop at 10:59 p.m. Saturday on state Route 37 in the town of Lisbon.

ONE INJURED - ST. REGIS FALLS - Malone-based state police investigated a one-vehicle personal injury accident at 8:14 a.m. Sunday on Wait Road, near state Route 458, in the town of Waverly. Troopers said the vehicle was operated by Courtney E. Lane, 20, of St. Regis Falls. One person was injured in the accident, according to state police.

PETIT LARCENY - WATERTOWN - Watertown-based state police charged Jenna L. Lamar, 27, of Potsdam with petit larceny after responding to a shoplifting complaint at 6:58 p.m. Sunday at Target, 21800 Towne Center Drive, Watertown.

ASSAULT WITH WEAPON - BURKE - Malone-based state police charged Brittany A. Reome, 17, of Dickinson Center with assault with a weapon, fourth-degree criminal mischief and second-degree harassment following an investigation into a domestic dispute on Aug. 29 that was reported to troopers Friday afternoon. She reportedly stabbed her 20-year-old boyfriend, Austin Dunleavy, in the shoulder with a kitchen knife after stabbing the center console in the vehicle multiple times during an argument. Her boyfriend was treated and released at Alice Hyde Hospital, Malone. Dunleavy received seven stitches. Reome was arrested Saturday evening at 280 Spenser Road, Burke. She was arraigned in Malone Town Court and was released on her own recognizance.
