An Ogdensburg woman was sentenced Tuesday to three years probation for petit larceny and other charges from 2011.
Heather A. Halladay, 32, of 825 New York Ave., was sentenced for October and November 2011 charges of petit larceny and November 2011 charges of unlawful possession of marijuana and seventh-degree criminal possession of controlled substance, a Temazepan pill.
Judge William R. Small also fined Miss Halladay $200 and ordered her to $389.70 in restitution and a $50 DNA fee.
She was represented by the St. Lawrence County Public Defenders Office.
In other cases on Tuesday:
—Robert W. Montgomery, 33, of 310 Hasbrouck St., Ogdensburg, pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct to satisfy a July 28 charge of endangering the welfare of a child, an alleged physical domestic dispute with his wife in front of two children.
He was fined and surcharged a total of $220 and was granted a one-year conditional discharge to complete parenting classes.
—Richard A. Sprowls, 21, of 4530 Route 812, Heuvelton, pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct to satisfy a July 20 charge of petit larceny. He allegedly took $100 in cash and $71 from Price Chopper where he worked.
He was granted a one-year conditional discharge, fined $100 and ordered to pay $171 restitution. Has represented by the public defenders office.
