DISORDERLY CONDUCT - POTSDAM - Village police charged Jacob A. Morley, 25, of Ogdensburg and Tyler N. Tomeny, 20, of Syracuse with disorderly conduct - violent behavior at 2:30a.m. Saturday on Market Street when the two men were involved in a physical altercation in front of Josie’s.

BENCH WARRANT - POTSDAM - Thomas E. Anderson, 51, of Parishville turned himself in on bench warrant issued by Potsdam Village Court at 3 p.m. Saturday at the Potsdam Police Department. The warrant had been issued after Anderson failed to appear as directed on charges pending in Potsdam aVillage Court. He was arraigned in local court and released.

PUBLIC URINATION - POTSDAM - Village police charged Devon E. Baldauf, 19, of East Berne with public urination at 11:02p.m. Saturday on Lower Bay Street.
