COPENHAGEN — Emma Roberts and Claire Stackel each contributed a goal and two assists as Copenhagen blanked Thousand Islands 4-0 on Wednesday in a meeting of Frontier League girls soccer division leaders.

Goalkeeper Mackenzie Wheeler made four saves for “D” Division leader Copenhagen (5-0). Nicole Gardner and Alicia Evans also scored for the Golden Knights.

Aliceson Cornaire finished with 12 saves for the “C” Division-leading Vikings (5-1).

SACKETS HARBOR 2, ALEXANDRIA 1

Rainy Johannessen scored the deciding goal and registered an assist as the Patriots edged the Purple Ghosts in a “D” Division game at Sackets Harbor.

Goalie Lauren Harrienger made seven saves for Sackets Harbor (3-4), and Diana Dotson scored the other goal.

Hannah Lynch scored an unassisted goal for Alexandria (2-4), and Morgan Weaver made 15 saves.

LYME 2, BEAVER RIVER 0

Lauren Barry contributed one goal and one assist as the Indians topped the Beavers in a crossover game in Chaumont.

Meghan Donaldson also scored for Lyme (4-1-1), while goalie Meghan Campbell made four saves.

Mariah Abel stopped eight shots for Beaver River (2-3-1).

SANDY CREEK 2, LAFARGEVILLE 1

Kylee Martin scored the winning goal to lift the Comets to a crossover victory at LaFargeville.

Taylor Mullin tied the game from Megan Hough early in the second half, and goalie McKenna Guarasce stopped seven shots for Sandy Creek (3-2-1).

Amber Klock scored the first goal of the game for LaFargeville (1-4).

WATERTOWN 3, INDIAN RIVER 0

Three different players contributed a goal each as the Cyclones blanked the Warriors in an “A” Division game at Watertown.

Kira Kolb and Olivia Miles each scored in the first half for Watertown (3-3-2, 3-2-1), and Miranda Gilbert scored after halftime.

Goalie Katie Aldrich made four saves for the Cyclones. Kammikia Barnes and Ashlynn Bource combined for 11 saves for Indian River (3-4, 2-4).

SOUTH JEFFERSON 11, GENERAL BROWN 0

Hayley Maguire scored four goals as the Spartans cruised to a “B” Division victory in Adams.

Molly Denny scored a goal and assisted on three others for South Jefferson (4-0-1), Courtney Cavellier contributed two goals and an assist and Paige Maitland chipped in with a goal and an assist for the Spartans.

Goalie Jackie Decker (four saves) notched her fourth shutout of the season.

LOWVILLE 5, IHC 0

Isabelle Hanno scored a goal and assisted on three others to spark the Red Raiders to a crossover triumph at Lowville.

Alexis Bach made eight saves, earning her fifth shutout for Lowville (5-1).

Selena Beller tallied two goals within the first 10 minutes of the game for the Red Raiders, and Ellory Roberts and McKenzie Marti scored a goal each.

Skylar Short was credited with 19 saves for the Cavaliers (1-4-2, 1-3-1).

GIRLS SWIMMING

SOUTH JEFFERSON 102, INDIAN RIVER 76

Tuesday, Anna Docteur won the 200- and 500-yard freestyles and swam on the two fastest freestyle relays to help the Spartans to an “A” Division victory in Adams.

Amy Johnson (50 free) and Hannah Markey (100 free) each claimed a race and contributed to a pair of winning relays for South Jefferson (3-1, 2-1).

Rachel Rodriquez captured the 100 butterfly and 100 backstroke for Indian River (0-3).
