Stackel paces Copenhagen rout of Sandy Creek

SANDY CREEK — Claire Stackel had a hand in all six Copenhagen goals with three goals and three assists as the Golden Knights routed the Sandy Creek Comets in a Frontier League girls soccer crossover game Monday.

Emma Roberts added a goal and three assists for Copenhagen (8-0).

Sandy Creek is 3-3-1.

BEAVER RIVER 2, S ACKETS HARBOR 0

Kasidee Rhone and Emma Schneider each provided goals as the Beavers blanked the Patriots in crossover play at Beaver Falls.

Mariah Abel made five saves for Beaver River (4-3-1, 3-3-1).

Lauren Harrienger collected nine saves for Sackets Harbor (3-5).

THOUSAND ISLANDS 6, BELLEVILLE HENDERSON 0

Ashley Howard generated a goal and two assists as the Vikings shut out the Panthers (2-6) in a crossover game at Clayton.

Alleigh Robbins and Katelyn Docteur added a goal and an assist for Thousand Islands (6-2, 6-1).

SOUTH LEWIS 2, ALEXANDRIA 0

Jenna Rogers and Reegan Domagala each scored to help lift the Falcons to their first win of the season with a crossover victory at Turin.

Jaedyn Ossant recorded an assist, and goalie Miranda Rys stopped 12 shots for South Lewis (1-5-1).

Alexandria is 2-5.

LYME 4, LAFARGEVILLE 2

Yanna Ososkalo netted three goals as the Indians beat the Red Knights in a “D” Division game at LaFargeville.

Allison Tarwater converted a penalty kick for Lyme (5-1-1).

Abigail Dwyer and Mackenzie Hilts both registered goals for LaFargeville (1-5).

WATERTOWN 1, GENERAL BROWN 0

Abby Converse collected a pass from Olivia Miles and volleyed the ball into the near corner of the goal to lift the host Cyclones to a crossover victory over the Lions.

Goalie Katie Aldrich stopped one shot for Watertown (4-3-2, 4-2-1).

Chelsea VanTassel made 17 saves for General Brown (0-8, 0-7).

BOYS SOCCER

SOUTH JEFFERSON 3, SANDY CREEK/PULASKI 0

Ethan Smith registered two goals as the Spartans blanked the Comets in a “B” Division game at Adams,

Brad LaLone contributed the other goal for South Jefferson (3-6, 3-5).

Sandy Creek/Pulaski is 0-8.

ALEXANDRIA 6, THOUSAND ISLANDS 4

Nik Shangraw notched a hat trick as the Purple Ghosts won a high-scoring crossover matchup with the Vikings in Alexandria Bay.

Jordan VanBrocklin chipped in with a goal and three assists for Alexandria (4-4).

Travis Docteur tallied three goals for Thousand Islands (3-3).
