ASSAULT - LISBON - Canton-based state police charged Hazel E. Rivera, 30, Madrid with assault with intent to commit serious physical injury, fourth-degree criminal mischief and second-degree harassment Tuesday stemming from an investigation into a domestic dispute reported at 7:33 p.m. Sept. 18 from the town of Lisbon. She was arraigned in local court and sent to the St. Lawrence County Correctional Facility, troopers said.



DWAI DRUGS - POTSDAM - Canton-based state police charged Shawn B. Mossow, 26, of Colton with driving while ability impaired by drugs and ticketed for operation of an uninspected motor vehicle and operation of a vehicle with unsafe tires following a traffic stop at 2:41 p.m. Tuesday on Hewittville Road in the town of Potsdam.



PETIT LARCENY - POTSDAM - Canton-based state police charged Danielle M. Kreider, 23, of Potsdam with petit larceny following a shoplifting complaint received from the Potsdam Walmart at 8:51 p.m. Tuesday.



HARASSMENT - LOUISVILLE - Massena-based state police charged Elizabeth M. Bushey, 24, of Louisville with second-degree harassment following an investigation into an incident at 4:31 p.m. Tuesday that sent another female to the hospital.



HARASSMENT - FORT COVINGTON - Malone-based state police charged Michael J. Jackson, 40, of Fort Covington with second-degree harassment Tuesday afternoon following an investigation into a domestic dispute reported at 8:40 p.m. Monday from the town of Fort Covington.
