LOUISVILLE - The town of Louisville will host a free rabies clinic from 6 to 8 p.m. at the municipal building on state Route 37.

The clinic is for dogs, cats and ferrets, all of which should be immunized against rabies.

All dogs must be on a leash. Cats and ferrets should be in carriers or a pillow case.

Three-year vaccinations will be available, but a valid rabies certificate is needed to receive the three-year vaccine.

Donations to help offset the cost of this service will be accepted, but are not expected.
