Two men charged with Hounsfield storage unit burglary

State police have arrested two men on one count each of third-degree burglary.

Arthur J. Languedoc, 26, of 2334 Gardner Road, Watertown, was arrested on Sept. 7, while Ty L. Graham, 23, Building 10324, 4th Armored Division, Fort Drum, was charged on Tuesday.

Investigators said they broke into Truax Storage Units, 16435 Route 3, Hounsfield, on Aug. 9.

They are accused of stealing a variety of property, including baseball cards, skis and swords, from the units. Investigators could not provide the value of the property taken. Some of it has been recovered.

Both men were arraigned in Hounsfield Town Court. Mr. Languedoc was released on his own recognizance. Mr. Graham was taken to the Metro-Jefferson Public Safety Building and has been released on $1,500 bail.

State police said the investigation is ongoing, with the possibility of additional arrests.

Anyone with information about the burglary is asked to contact the investigator, Thomas Guarasce, at 782-2112.
