NO SEATBELT - MASSENA - Village police ticketed Kelly A. Legrow, 31, of Larue Road, Massena, for failure to wear a seatbelt at 12:46 p.m. Wednesday following a traffic stop on Laurel Avenue.

AGGRAVATED UNLICENSED OPERATION - MASSENA - Village police charged Adam E. Bandy, 31, of Waddington with second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and ticketed him for speeding in a school zone and operation of an unregistered motor vehicle at 8:43 a.m. Wednesday following a traffic stop on North Main Street.

UNSAFE BACKING - MASSENA - Village police ticketed Devlin S. Conley, 26, of Forbes Road, Massena, for unsafe backing at 8:30 a.m. Wednesday following a property damage accident at the Jefferson Elementary School parking lot. He reportedly backed into a vehicle being operated by Connie Hutchins of Massena.

FOLLOWING TOO CLOSELY - MASSENA - Village police ticketed Elizabeth S. Simon, 72, of County Route 38, Norfolk, for following too closely at 6:40 a.m. Wednesday following a property damage accident on South Main Street. Police said Simon rearended a vehicle being operated by Kenneth Wemette of Massena.
