Ogdensburg police Thursday at 2:15 p.m. reported a counterfeit $100 bill at Gary & Aileen’s hair salon, 630 Canton St.

Gloria M. Trombley, 24, of 515 Hasbrouck St., was arrested Thursday at 1:44 p.m. on a city court bench warrant, city police reported.

Nada D. Blackman, 38, of 611 Austin St., Gouverneur, was arrested Thursday at 11:59 a.m. for disorderly conduct related to a domestic incident, Ogdensburg police said.

Christopher G. Mills, 44, of 933 Ford St., arrested Thursday at 10:14 a.m. on a St. Lawrence County Court bench warrant, city police reported. He was ordered held without bail in the county jail, Canton.

Natalie E. Harper, 35, of 2102 Greene St., and Shawn M. Durham, 34, of 253 Belmont Courts, were each ticketed Thursday at 7:38 a.m. after an accident on State Street, Ogdensburg police said. Ms. Harper was ticketed for moving from lane unsafely, Mr. Durham for passing on the right.

Richard A. Chase, 36, of 118 Albany Ave., was arrested Wednesday at 9:59 p.m. on a city court bench warrant, city police reported.

Tasha L. Law, 23, of 10320 Route 37, Lisbon, was ticketed Wednesday at 9:59 p.m. at Oak Street and Ford Avenue for third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, Ogdensburg police said.

Linda S. Armstrong, 54, of 1123 Route 30, Madrid, was ticketed Wednesday at 5:01 p.m. for failure to yield the right of way at a stop sign after an accident at Greene and Clark streets, city police said. The other driver was identified as Theresa M. Carter, 55, of 825 Main St.
