CANTON Nicholas A. Steenkamer, 20, of 525 East Hayward St., Ogdensburg, was indicted for two counts of second-degree criminal sex act and two counts of second-degree rape by a St. Lawrence County grand jury.
It is alleged that during August and on Sept. 25, in the city, Steenkamer engaged in oral sexual conduct and sexual intercourse with a 13-year-old female.

The Fort Drum soldier facing murder charges in the death of his girlfriends infant son has been indicted on another charge.
Gary L. McKenzie II, 22, of 154 Hailesboro St., Apt. 26, Gouverneur, was indicted for one count of third-degree criminal possession of a weapon, a class D felony.
It is alleged that on July 16 McKenzie was in possession of a large capacity M-16-style, 30-round magazine. He will be arraigned on the new charge on Oct. 21 at 9:15 in St. Lawrence County Court.
An Army private first class, McKenzie is a petroleum supply specialist in A Company of the 710th Brigade Support Battalion, 3rd Brigade Combat Team, according to Fort Drums public affairs office.
McKenzie was arrested by state police on July 16 and accused of throwing 7-month-old Braylin W. Chambers to the floor, causing an inoperable brain injury and hemorrhaging that resulted in the childs death.
He is currently being held in St. Lawrence County jail in lieu of $100,000 cash and $250,000 bond after a Sept. 23 not guilty plea to second-degree murder, second-degree manslaughter, reckless assault of a child and endangering the welfare of a child.
Joshua A. Henderson, 24, 68 East Orvis St., Apt. D, Massena, was indicted for third-degree criminal possession of a weapon.
It is alleged that on June 26, in the village of Massena, Henderson was in possession of a dagger with the intent to use it unlawfully against another person. The grand jury also reported that on June 11 Mr. Henderson had been convicted of fourth-degree attempted criminal mischief.
Shawn A. Monaghan, 29, of 32 Maple St., Massena, was indicted for third-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance and third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance.
It is alleged that on Sept. 4, in the village of Massena, Monaghan sold cocaine to another person.
Troy D. Brighton, 44, of 35 Orebed Road, Canton, was indicted for second-degree burglary. It is alleged that Brighton unlawfully entered a 3063 County Route 21 home in Canton on July 23, with the intent to commit a crime.
Christopher Lopez, 23, of 820 Colgate Ave., Bronx, was indicted for two counts of third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance.
It is alleged that on Aug. 27, in the village of Massena, Lopez was in possession of both heroin and cocaine with the intent to sell it.
