Waddington—Kevin H. Oshier, 51 of Lincoln Ave. Waddington passed away Tuesday October 8, 2013 at Claxton Hepburn Medical Center. Kevin was born July 5, 1962 born in Ogdensburg to the late Allen (Slick) and Norma J. (Beaty) Oshier. He is survived by his wife Michelle (Gladle) Oshier and children AJ Oshier, Candice J. (Kevin) St. Andrews, Jaime L. (Nathan Rapin) Oshier, and former wife JoEllen Oshier. Also surviving Kevin are his stepchildren Tre Gladle, Blane Fisher, grandchildren Olivia Grace Lamarche-Oshier, Hailey A. Oshier and John Kevin St. Andrews. Brothers Allen, Kimbal, Richard, Todd and sisters Antoinette (Donald) Brown, Jacquelyn Kirby, Debra (Norman) Williams. He was predeceased by a brother in law John Kirby and a brother Phillip.
He worked for various construction and asbestos companies in the surrounding areas. He loved fishing on the St. Lawrence River and loved spending time with his children and grandchildren. Kevin was a huge Giants, Mets and SU fan. He will be greatly missed by all whose lives he had touched.
