Chamber’s annual dinner to held Nov. 8.


The Greater Ogdensburg Chamber of Commerce’s annual chamber dinner will take place at Gran-View Restaurant on Nov. 8.

The chamber of will honor Joseph Basta as its 2013 Citizen of the Year.

The Ogdensburg Pride and Beautification Commission has been selected to receive the 2013 Outstanding Community Service Award.

Hosmer’s Marina has been selected to receive the Business Improvement Award for 2013.

Cocktails and a silent auction begin at 5 p.m. with dinner served promptly at 6:30 p.m.

Tickets are $38 each with entree choices prime Rib, roasted stuffed breast of chicken or broiled seafood platter. A vegetarian meal is available upon request.

Dinner includes Gran-View’s house salad, French onion soup, relishes, rolls, roasted fingerling potatoes, honey-glazed carrots and tuxedo cake for dessert.

Each guest will receive a ticket for $1 off a drink of choice. Enjoy the chamber’s popular silent and live auctions, the 50/50 giveaway and the lottery tree.
