The Ogdensburg City School District Adult/Continuing Education Program is offering an Adult Walking Program commencing on Monday and ending on January 8, 2014.
Supervisors for the program are: Cindy OGrady and Debbie Mitchell and it designed to help people lose weight and improve cardiovascular health. The supervisors are certified in CPR, AED, and First Aid and participants are asked to stop in the Health Office when they arrive at OFA.
The Adult/Continuing Education Walking class is offered at Ogdensburg Free Academy on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday evenings from 6-7:30 p.m.
There are two (2) sessions of Adult Walking; each session is ten (10) weeks in duration:
The first semester will commence on Mondayand end on Jan. 8, 2014.
The second semester will begin around mid January and end in late March; same days/times.
The fee is $15 for 10 weeks or $25 for 20 weeks. Adult/Continuing Education Classes are not designed/suited for high school students.
Those participated are advised that when school is not in session, Adult/Continuing Education classes will not be held.
