AGGRAVATE DWI - POTSDAM - Village police charged Charles W. McAllister III, 20, of Olathe, Kansas, with aggravated driving while intoxicated and ticketed him for failure to stop for a red light at 2:46a.m. Saturday after police observed a vehicle stopped in the middle of the intersection of Sandstone Drive and Clarkson Avenue as a result of failing to stop for a red light. He reportedly had a blood alcohol content of 0.20 percent. A DWI charge is elevated to aggravated DWI when the blood alcohol content is 0.08 percent of higher.



DISORDERLY CONDUCT - POTSDAM - Village police charged Zachary J. Jeske, 19, of Binghamton, Austin E. Demott, 18, of Oswego, and Nicholas J. Mann, 17, of Saranac Lake with disorderly conduct at 3:38 a.m. Saturday on Maple Street after officers observed the trio tampering with a village of Potsdam street sign located on Fall Island.



FAILURE TO STOP FOR PEDESTRIAN - POTSDAM - Village police ticketed Britni Rae Keitz, 22, of Michigan for failure to stop for a pedestrian in the crosswalk on Main Street at 7:02 p.m. Saturday following a traffic stop on Maple Street.



SPEEDING - POTSDAM - Village police ticketed Jonathon R. Peters, 21, Dekalb Junction for speed in zone (45/30) at 9:26 p.m. Saturday following a traffic stop on Market Street.
