Casey J. Spiak, 22, of 418 Linden st., was arrested Tuesday at 11:42 a.m. for alleged domestic incident-related charges of disorderly conduct and endangering the welfare of a child, Ogdensburg police said. Details were unavailable. He was released to the supervision of probation and told to abide by a no harassment order of protection.

Morgan L. Fredericks, 20, of 568 Lee Road, was ticketed Tuesday at 10:21 a.m. on Proctor Avenue for speed in zone, city police said.

Christina M. Reynolds, 28, of 511 New York Ave., was ticketed Tuesday at 8 a.m. on State Street for speed in school zone and unlicensed operation, Ogdensburg police said.

Kelsey L. Rubadue, of 157 Belmont Courts, called city police Monday at 10:31 p.m. to report that her home had been burglarized.
