PETIT LARCENY - POTSDAM - Canton-based state police charged Jessica L. Visconti, 19, of Wadinig River, Shakiara B. Jackson, 19, of the Bronx and Ty-Tisha D. Myers, 20, of Brooklyn with petit larceny at 9 p.m. Wednesday stemming from a complaint lodged at 7:30 p.m. Wednesday from the Potsdam Walmart. They were released on appearance tickets.



HARASSMENT - WAVERLY - Malone-based state police charged five individuals with harassment this week stemming from an incident reported to troopers at 12:28 a.m. July 27.

State police charged Lisa L. Labounty, 47, of St. Regis Falls with second-degree harassment: physical contact at 2:58 p.m. Sunday in the town of Waverly; Theodore J. Susice, 27, of St. Regis Falls with second-degree harassment: physical contact at 3:43 p.m. Sunday in the town of Santa Clara; Bryan C. Derushia, 36, of Nicholville with second-degree harassment: physical contact at 11:55 a.m. Saturday in the town of Lawrence; Leigh A. Derushia, 33, of Nicholville with second-degree harassment: physical contact at 12 p.m. Saturday in the town of Lawrence; and Aleesha E. Labounty, 19, of St. Regis Falls with second-degree harassment: physical contact at 3:34 p.m. Sunday in the town of Waverly.

They were released on appearance tickets.



ACCIDENT - MALONE - State police investigated several property damage accidents around the region on Wednesday. Among them:

Allen L. Rovito, 56, of Constable and William Perry, 67, of Brushton were involved in a two vehicle accident at 10:03 a.m. on U.S. Route 11, Malone.

Brent Joseph Oakes, 28, of Brushton and Debera K. Jeror, 60, of Malone were involved in a two-vehicle property damage accident at 10:54 a.m. on U.S. Route 11, Bangor.

Rebecca A. Shown, 33, of Brushton was involved in a one-vehicle property damage accident at 5:30 p.m. on state Route 95, Moira.

Chad D. Carter, 28, of Burke was involved in a one-vehicle accident at 6:01 p.m. on East Road, Burke.
