ADAMS Brian R. Marino, 36, of 7½ E. Church St., Apt. 103, was charged by state police with second-degree burglary and resisting arrest at 5 p.m. Saturday at his home. Further details were not available from police. He was being held at the Metro-Jefferson Public Safety Building, Watertown, on $15,000 bail Sunday afternoon.
Mr. Marino also was charged by village police with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance at 8:30 a.m. Sunday at the PSB.
He is accused of possessing one hydrocodone pill in his wallet. The pill was discovered after Mr. Marino gave consent to check his person during an investigation into a burglary where hydrocodone pills were stolen, police said.
He was issued an appearance ticket for Village Court.
