The following are charged with driving while intoxicated and related offenses:
n David L. Richards, 47, of 294 County Route 12, Antwerp, was charged by state police Friday night.
Police said Mr. Richards crossed the center line several times while driving on County Route 12 in the town of Rossie. His blood alcohol content was not available.
n Todd L. Keyes, 41, of 615 Route 11, Gouverneur, was charged by state police early Saturday.
Police said Mr. Keyes crossed the center line while driving on Route 11 in the village of Gouverneur. His BAC was 0.15 percent, police said. Under state law, a BAC of 0.08 percent or more is considered proof of intoxication.
n Clinton D. Gibbons, 23, of T785 Oswego Ave., Fort Drum, was additionally charged with driving on the shoulder and failure to use designated lane after he was stopped by state police early Sunday morning.
According to state police, Mr. Gibbons drove off the road, where he was discovered by a patrol and determined to be intoxicated. His blood alcohol content was 0.12 percent. He was arrested at 2:10 a.m. and released to Fort Drum police. He is to answer the charge in town of LeRay Court.
n Patrick M. Lyng, 66, of 23140 Route 11, Watertown, was additionally charged with inadequate lights after he was pulled over by Jefferson County sheriffs deputies Saturday night. According to his arrest report, Mr. Lyng was driving home from the Elks Lodge on Route 11 in the town of Pamelia, where he told deputies he had a few beers.
He took a breath test at the scene, which determined his blood alcohol content was 0.15 percent. He was issued an appearance ticket for Pamelia Town Court.
