George S. Joanette, 34, 312 Lafayette St., was ticketed at 4:45 p.m. Friday for failure to stop before crossing the street, reckless operation, driving without a helmet, imprudent speed, and driving an uninsured and unregistered snowmobile, Ogdensburg police said.

Robert A. Fennessy, 52, 225 Denny St., was ticketed at 8:56 p.m. Friday at the corner of Paterson and Greene streets for failure to stop at a stop sign, city police said.

Nicholas R. Bell, 21, 702 Main St., was arrested at 9:23 p.m. Friday for petit larceny and unlawful possession of marijuana. City police said Mr. Bell allegedly shoplifted from Nice N Easy Grocery Shoppes, 1117 New York Ave. He was later caught at 922 Mansion Avenue. He was released on an appearance ticket.

Timothy J. Reese Sr., 66, of 901 Ford Ave., was ticketed Saturday for failure to yield the right of way while entering the roadway. City police said Mr. Reese was attempting to enter the roadway when his car struck another vehicle at 9:33 a.m.

Michael J. Zoanetti, 37, 202 Wey Bridge Terrace, Camillus, was ticketed at 1:19 p.m. Sunday on the corner of Greene and Patterson streets for failure to stop for a stop sign.
