TRESPASSING - WADDINGTON - Ogdensburg-based state police charged Jeffrey P. Gagnon, 36, of Ogdensburg with third-degree trepassing, driving while ability impaired by drugs, unlawful possession of marijuana and second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle after responding to a trespassing complaint at 2:14 p.m. Sunday from the village of Waddington. Troopers said the arrest was made at 33 Lincoln Ave. Gagnon was arraigned in local court and sent to the St. Lawrence County Correctionsl Facility.

PROPERTY DAMAGE ACCIDENTS - MASSENA - State police from around the region responded to a number of property damage accidents around the region Sunday. Among those:

■ Chelsea A. Meldrum, 17, of Massena at 7:33 p.m. on Fregoe Road, near Kinnie Road, in the town of Massena.

■ James E. Allen, 32, of North Bangor at 10:59 p.m. on County Route 32, near Cemetery Road, in the town of Bombay.

ONE VEHICLE ROLLOVER - WEST STOCKHOLM - Massena-based state police responded to a one-vehicle rollover at 11:18 a.m. Saturday on County Route 47, near Pickle Street, in the town of Stockholm. Troopers said Danielle L. Haenel, 38, of 18 Green St., Waddington, was northbound on County Route 47 when she lost control of her vehicle on the ice-covered roadway, went off the roadway and oveturned. Haenel was evaluated at the scene by Tri-Town Rescue for shoulder and neck pain and refused treatment. Two passengers in her vehicle, her son, Gabriel, 7, and family friend Addison M. McKnight, 3, were uninjured in the accident, troopers said. West Stockholm Fire also responded to the accident scene.

ONE VEHICLE ACCIDENT - BRASHER - Massena-based state police responded to a one-vehicle accident at 1:08 p.m Saturday on County Route 55 in the town of Brasher. Troopers said Aaron B. Toomey, 48, of 480 Converse Road, Nicholville, was northbound on County Route 55 when he lost control of his 2002 Buick Rendevous on a snow and ice covered roadway, went off the roadway and overturned, Troopers said Tri-Town Rescue responded to the accident scene, but no injuries were reported. Mr. Toomey’s wife, Dawnmarie S., 44, and two grandchildren, ages 22 months and 3, were also in the vehicle at the time of the accident.

ONE VEHICLE ROLLOVER - LOUISVILLE - Massena-based state police responded to a one-vehicle rollover accident at 6:57 a.m. Saturday on state Route 37, near Willard Road, in the town of Massena. Troopers said the vehicle was operated by Kimberly D. Howe-Haley, 42, of 153 East Orvis St., Massena. There were two passengers in the vehicle, Michael J. Morehouse, 42, and Darlson D. Rupert, 42, both of Massena.
