DWI - DICKINSON - Malone-based state police charged Molly M. Barber, 47, North Lawrence with driving while intoxicated at 6:20 p.m. Wednesday following a traffic stop of a northbound 2005 Yamaha ATV on County Route 5 in the town of Dickinson. She reportedly had a blood alcohol content of0.12 percent.

Barber was found to be in possession of a small quantity of marijuana and was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana. She was also ticketed for unlawful operation of an ATV on a public highway.

DWI - WESTVILLE - Malone-based state police charged Rosemarie B. Lauzon, 22, of Fort Covington with driving while intoxicated following an investigation into a report of a hit and run accident at approximately 9:15 p.m. Tuesday. Troopers responded to a report of a hit-and-run accident at a residence on state Route 37 in Westville. A vehicle had struck a mailbox at that location and left the scene.

Troopers said they recovered parts of the suspect’s vehicle left at the scene including a license plate. Troopers were then able to identify the vehicle, a 1999 red Ford Taurus, and its operator, .

Lauzon was subsequently located and arrested for driving while intoxicated. Her blood alcohol was reportedly 0.12 percent.

She was also ticketed for leaving the scene of a property damage accident and from moving from lane unsafely.

CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE - POTSDAM - Canton-based state police charged Brenden W. Narrow, 24, of Potsdam with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and unlawful possession of marijuana Wednesday afternoon after responding to a drug complaint. The arrest was made at 768 Route 11B.

PROPERTY DAMAGE ACCIDENTS - POTSDAM - State police investigated several property damage accidents Wednesday around the region. Among those:

■ Dorie J. Reiter, 36, of Norwood at 7:10 p.m. on Route 72, near Sinclair Road, in the town of Parishville.

■ Larry H. Briggs, 56, of Colton and Amber J. Angus, 40, of Clayton at 10:11 a.m. on Route 11, near Anabel Avenue, in the town of Leray.
