P-H modified girls basketball teams fashion undefeated 2013-14 seasons

PARISHVILLE - The Parishville-Hopkinton Central modified girls basketball program saw two teams combine to produce a perfect season for 2013-14.

The eighth-grade team consisted of players in grades 7-8 while the ninth-grade team was made up of players in grades 8-9. Both teams were coached by Al Mason.

The undefeated season started with a 23-13 win over Brushton-Moira by the eight-grade team and ended 23 straight victories later when the ninth-grade team posted a 24-15 decision over Norwood-Norfolk this past Wednesday night.

The eight-graders posted a 12-0 record while the ninth-graders went 11-0 since their game against B-M was postponed due to weather and no make-up date could be arranged.
