Ogdensburg police arrested Amie L. Frazier, 42, of 930 Ford St., Apt. 2, at 1:26 p.m. Thursday at her home on a city court bench warrant for failing to pay a fine. She was arraigned and released on her own recognizance.

Police arrested Jason R. Menard, 35, of 128 Belmont Courts, at 2:06 p.m. Thursday on a city court bench warrant for failing to appear and pay a fine. Mr. Menard was originally charged with second-degree harassment and criminal trespass. He was arraigned and released under his own recognizance.

Police ticketed Cory J. MacMartin, 27, of 600 Mansion Ave., at 3:30 p.m. Thursday on the 1000 block of State Street for driving with inadequate tail lights and driving with a suspended license.

Police arrested Kelsey L. Rubadue, 21, of 46 Delaney Road, at 8:48 a.m. Friday at the Ogdensburg probation department on a St. Lawrence County Court bench warrant. She was sent to St. Lawrence County jail, Canton.

Police arrested Steven E. Davis, 24, of 168 Lost Village Road, at 11:31 a.m. Friday at 316 Belmont Courts for first-degree criminal contempt. He was arraigned and sent to St. Lawrence County jail, Canton, on $10,000 bail or $20,000 bond.

Police arrested Jonathan N. Wells, 19, no fixed address, at 12:47 p.m. Friday at 413 Belmont Courts on a city court arrest warrant for third-degree burglary. He was arraigned and sent to St. Lawrence County Jail, Canton, on $5,000 bail or $10,000 bond.

Police ticketed Terri L. Flagg, 29, of 312 Deviller St., at 1:51 p.m. Friday at the intersection of Jay and Linden streets for driving with inadequate brake lights and driving while using a cell phone.
