TRESPASSING - POTSDAM - Canton-based state police charged Samantha A. Marcellus, 23, of Canton with trespassing at 5:39 p.m. Friday at the Potsdam Walmart.



CRIMINAL POSSESSION MARIJUANA - CANTON - Canton-based state police charged Christopher A. Holmes, 25, of Canton with fourth-degree criminal possession of marijuana - more than 2 ounces and ticketed for operation of a vehicle with insufficient tail lights at 8:19 p.m. Saturday following a traffic stop on East Main Street.



AGGRAVATED DWI - WADDINGTON - Massena-based state police charged Jonathan M. Pratt, 40, of Ogdensburg with aggravated driving while intoxicated at 11:18 p.m. Saturday on Route 37 in the town of Waddington.



UNLAWFUL POSSESSION - LOUISVILLE - Massna-based state police charged Devin J. Riley, 19, of Massena with unlawful possession of marijuana and ticketed him for unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle at 2:30 p.m. Saturday on County Route 40 in the town of Louisville.



DWAI DRUGS - MALONE - Malone-based state police charged Tammy L. Gardner, 55, of Potsdam with driving while ability impaired by drugs and ticketed her for following too closely and failure to keep right at 10:45 a.m. Saturday on County Route 30 in the town of Malone.



PROPERTY DAMAGE ACCIDENTS - POTSDAM - State police investigated a few property damage accidents early Sunday morning in St. Lawrence County on a night when a few inches of snow fell in the region. Among those:

■ Megan Marie Jones, 28, of Norfolk at 12:18 a.m. on state Route 56, near Forest Road, in the town of Louisville.

■ Kyle R. Whalen, 23, of Waddington at 4:50 a.m. on state Route 56, near Dry Bridge Road, in the town of Potsdam.
