CELL PHONE - POTSDAM - Village police said Matthew R. O’Day, 21, of Bedford, N.H., for driving while using an electronic device at 10:35a.m. Monday following a traffic stop on Pierrepont Avenue.



NO SEATBELT - POTSDAM - Village police ticketed Richard M. Clement, 22, of Cotuit, Mass., for no seatbelt – driver at 10:52a.m. Monday following a traffic stop on Pierrepont Avenue.



FAILURE TO YIELD - POTSDAM - Village police ticketed Artem Melman, 47, of Potsdam for failure to yield the right of way on left turn at 1:46p.m. Monday following a traffic stop on Main Street. Police said they observed Melman traveling east on Main Street, fail to yield the right of way to oncoming traffic and make a left hand turn onto Park Street.



FAILURE TO YIELD - POTSDAM - Village police ticketed Peter R. Davis, 50, of Potsdam for failure to yield the right of way on a left turn at 2:03p.m. Monday following a traffic stop on Elm Street. Police said they observed Davis traveling east on Elm Street and then failing to yield the right of way to oncoming traffic while making a left hand turn onto Lawrence Avenue.



SPEEDING - POTSDAM - Village police ticketed Jasmine R. Villnave, 19, of Norfolk for speed in zone (47/30) at 5:17p.m. Monday following a traffic stop on Maple Street.
