MARIJUANA POSSESSION - MASSENA - Massena-based state poloice charged Dartio A. Hernandez, 25, of Massena and Samuel O. Hurlbut, 20, of Massena with unlawful possession of marijuana at 10:05 p.m. Tuesday following an incident on County Route 42A in the town of Massena.



BURGLARY - BANGOR - Malone-based state police charged Adam B. Aubrey, 20, of Masssena with second-degree burglary stemming from an investigation into a Jan. 27 incident in the town of Bangor and with petit larceny from a larceny investigation into an incident reported Dec. 17 from the town of Moira. Aubrey is being held at the St. Lawrence County Correctional Facility on a warrant.



PETIT LARCENY - POTSDAM - Canton-based state police charged Cole D. McLaughlin, 16, of Canton petit larceny after responding to a shoplifting complaint at 4:21 p.m. Sunday at the Potsdam Walmart.



PETIT LARCENY - MALONE - Malone-based state police charged Aleah Thompson, 18, of Cornwall Island, Ont., with petit larceny Sunday following an investigation into a Feb. 17 shoplifting complaint from the Malone Walmart.



PROPERTY DAMAGE ACCIDENTS - MASSENA - State police have recently responded to a number of property damage accidents around the region.

■ Shannon M. Harvey, 41, of Massena at 4:47 p.m. Tuesday on Route 310, near County Route 44, in the town of Norfolk.

■ Melissa L. Lavine, 31, of Saranac Lake at 6:29 p.m. Sunday on state Route 458, near Howe Road, in the town of Waverly.

■ Laura A. Rizzo, 52, of Brushton at 8:25 a.m. Tuesday on County Route 5, near the Akins Road, in the town of Dickinson.
