POTSDAM - Friends and family of Addie Greene will be hosting a jamboree today at the West Potsdam fire hall to help raise money to pay for the five-year-olds medical treatments.
Addie, who was recently diagnosed with synovial sarcoma, a rare form of cancer, is the daughter of Derek and Shannon Greene of Potsdam.
The jamboree will be held from 2 to 10 p.m. and includes music, food, a 50/50, drawings and more.
There will also be a special visit from Cubby T. Clown with face painting, cotton candy and balloon art for the kids.
Admission to the jamboree is free, but donations will be accepted.
There will also be a DJ with live entertainment throughout the children.
From 2 to 3 p.m Ed McCarthy will play followed by 2 Todds from 3 to 4 p.m., with David Wells and Rik Woodward playing from 4 to 5 p.m.
King Kong will begin playing at 5 p.m. with Plan B taking over from 6 to 7:30 p.m. 80 Proof will then take the stage from 7:30 to 8:15 p.m., with Plan B cloing out the night.
