ROCHESTER Kyle Plimpton pitched two complete games, totaling 14 strikeouts, as the St. Lawrence University softball team swept the Rochester Institute of Technology in a Liberty League doubleheader on Friday.
The Saints picked up a 4-2 win over RIT (4-24 overall, 2-8 conference) in game one and SLU won game two 8-0.
Leslie Stratton and Rebecca Allen each picked up two hits in each game for the Saints (12-18, 3-9). Aisha OConnor lined two hits in game two.
SUNY GENESEO 9-6, SUNY POTSDAM 6-0
Kayleigh Blersch finished with five hits as SUNY Geneseo (17-13, 10-6) swept the Bears in a SUNYAC doubleheader in Potsdam.
Jenna Phillips went 3-for-3, including a home run, and drove in four runs in game one for SUNY Geneseo. Mikayla Moore threw a four-hit shutout in game two.
Alexis Lerman went 3-for-4, including a home run, and drove in four runs for SUNY Potsdam (4-22, 3-11) in the opener. Katie Marsman went 3-for-3 and Molly McCuin and Shannon Pagliaro each lined two hits.
KEUKA 23, SUNY CANTON 10
Cory Grays five-goal effort led Keuka past the Kangaroos (4-9) in a nonconference game at Keuka Park.
Matt Beebe scored four goals, and Mike Donals and Connor Latimer each added three for Keuka (12-0).
Ryan Cardiff led SUNY Canton with three goals. Trevor Wright scored twice and Jack Keenan, Taylor Caswell, Garrett DiTullio, Mike Statt and Cam Carter added single goals.
SKIDMORE 10, CLARKSON 9
Tyler Phillips scored with 2 minutes, 10 seconds left to give the Thoroughbreds (5-10, 4-4) a win over Clarkson in a Liberty League game in Saratoga Springs.
Phillips finished with four goals. Emma Harris added two goals. Brittney Dioneda, Spencer Morgan, Caroline Bowne and Allison Byrne added single goals.
Christine Wright led Clarkson (5-11, 2-6) with four goals. Paige Fayette added three goals, with Emma Oliver tossing in two.
RENSSELAER 18, ST. LAWRENCE 4
Meg Colitz tallied six goals with three assists to lead the Engineers (10-4, 8-0) in a Liberty League game in Troy.
Michelle Denny and Erin Masucci both scored three goals. Jamie Wakefield added two goals for RPI.
Kiera Taussig led SLU (6-8, 4-4) with two goals. Chloe Knapp and Kara Hurley also scored.

Diyva Biswal finished second in the womens Eastern triple jump at the Penn Relays in Philadelphia with a leap of 39 feet, 6 inches. Amy Cymerman finished ninth in the 10,000 meters on Thursday with a time of 34:47.53 seconds the second-best time in the nation by an NCAA Division III athlete this year.
PARSONS WiNS MVCC TOURNEY
Jefferson Community Colleges Pearce Parsons shot a 77 to win individual honors in the Hawk Invitational at Mohawk Valley CC in Utica.
The Cannoneers Alex Hahn fired a 79 to tie for second place.
Monroe CC won the team championship and JCC took third.
