DWI - CONSTABLE - Malone-based state police charged Joseph R. McMahon, 22, Massena, driving while intoxicated and a felony count of first-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle at 9:10 p.m. Wednesday following a traffic stop on state Route 122 in the town of Constable.His blood alcohol content was reportedly 0.11 percent. He was charged with afelony due to a revocation of his license for a prior DWAI conviction. He was further ticketed for inadequate exhaust and operation of an uninspected motor vehicle.

McMahon was arraigned in town of Burke Court and released under the supervision of the probation department. He is to appearMay 21 in town of Constable Court.

ILLEGAL DISPOSAL - LISBON - Ogdensburg-based state police reported Thursday they had charged Dale R. Aldrich, 60, of Lisbon with 10 counts of illegal disposal of dead animals under state Ag & Markets Law following an investigation into a cattle complaint filed with troopers April 24 from the town of Lisbon. The arrest was made at 32 Randall Road.

DWI - MASSENA - Massena-based state police charged Crystal R. Douglas, 21, of Massena with driving while intoxicated and ticketed her failure to stop at a stop sign and imprudent speed following a property damage accident reported at 4:38 a.m. Thursday on state Route 131 in the town of Massena.

DWI - CONSTABLE - Malone-based state police charged John A. Bishop, 23, of Dickinson with driving while intoxicated and consuming alcohol in a motor vehicle on a public highway and ticketed him for speeding at 2:47 a.m. Thursday following a traffic stop on state Route 122 in the town of Constable.

AGGRAVATED HARASSMENT - BOMBAY - Malone-based state police charged James L. Lasher, 34, of Brushton with aggravated harassment Wednesday morning following an investigation into a complaint filed with troopers at 10:42 p.m. May 4 from the town of Bombay. Lasher was arraigned in local court and sent to the Franklin County Jail with bail set at $1,000 cash.
