RAYMONDVILLE - The Norwood-Norfolk Central golf team posted its third win in two days after claiming a 5-0 NAC Division II win over Heuvelton at the Raymondville Country Club on Wednesday.
Playing in the third pairing, Jacob Levison shot the low round of the meet with a 43 to earn a point from Andrew Streeter (53). In the other matchups, Ty Cotter outshot Will Tennant 46-48, Brandon Palmer beat Jeff Arquett 44-64, Beau Catimon downed Nick Fenton 45-75 and Isaac Barkley dropped Matt Cameron 51-70.
In the girls division, N-N freshman Jayden Young carded a 48 while Heuvelton seventh-grader Hanna Ceresoli posted a 53.
Now 4-2, the Flyers are slated to compete on the road against Tupper Lake on Friday.
In another Division II match at the St. Lawrence University Course in Canton, Tupper Lake swept host Canton 5-0 and Salmon River 4-1 while Salmon defeated Canton 4-1.
For the Lumberjacks, Riley Aumell shot 40 while Alex Lewis shot 47. For the Shamrocks, Tyler Thomas shot 43, Austin Commins 52 and Jacob Bero 55.
For the Bears, Danny Christy shot 46 and Nate Aldous 58.
